The program can be incorporated as a key feature of your institution’s professional development program. It can meet multiple goals: support school leaders in developing teacher talent, boost teacher and student engagement, foster continuous improvement and continued growth, increase teachers’ instructional capacity to impact student learning and outcomes, and improve teacher retention.

Coaching
Professional Development Support
Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions designed to improve performance and educational practices, as well as student learning and achievement. Our Approach
Leadership Consultation
A consultant collaborates with leaders on how to build an internal strengths-based coaching program to support teaching and learning practices and overall success. This involves an initial assessment, building a strengths-based culture, and ongoing implementation and evaluation.
Instructional Coaching
A coach supports a teacher to improve performance, educational practices, and ultimately student learning through tools such as assessment, goal setting and action planning, and reflection and feedback. Strengths are highlighted, but developmental areas or areas of improvement are not overlooked.
Educator Workshops
A facilitator guides the learning of participants by using elements of group coaching, collaborative discussions, brainstorming or other small group activities, and peer learning to enhance instructional leaders' skills in creating a strengths-based culture.
